The Bluegrass Indo-American Civic Society (BIACS) is a Kentucky nonprofit, providing the Indo-American community with a platform to engage in civic and charitable activities for the Bluegrass region and beyond. BIACS provides annual scholarships to college bound high school seniors through private and corporate donations.
